Terms of use

These terms cover visitors, free Quick Scan and demo use, and authorised use of SRID Builder and Editor. Browsing, using a free tool or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a paid engagement, employment or partnership relationship. Our Privacy notice, linked above, explains personal-data processing; it is information about that processing, not a request for blanket consent.

The site describes our services and provides free Quick Scan and demonstration reports. Quick Scan calculates in your browser. Builder and Editor send assessment data for server-side validation and report calculation; the application does not provide an online archive of your assessments. Export and retain your own copies before closing, reloading or replacing an assessment. Availability and support commitments for paid services are set out in the client agreement.

SRID Quick Scan is an indicative self-assessment based only on the information you enter. It is not a complete System Risk Intelligence Document, security audit, penetration test, certification or assurance statement. The public demo uses sample data and is for illustration.

Builder is used for Mithril Guard's work and by paid clients whom we authorise. Editor is provided to paid clients authorised to work with their SRID assessments. A link or possession of an assessment file does not grant a licence to resell the tools or provide access to others. Access duration, authorised users, fees, support and deliverables follow the written client agreement. Keep any access credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Automated reports depend on the information supplied and the assessment methodology. They do not independently verify your systems or guarantee the absence of defects or security risks. Professional review or assurance is included only where expressly agreed in the engagement. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security incident or a legal requirement, subject to the client agreement and mandatory law.

Website content, demo output and Quick Scan results are general information. They are not legal, security, audit or other professional advice and should not be the sole basis for a release, procurement or risk decision. You remain responsible for how you use the information.

Rights in the site design, text, graphics, Mithril Guard branding and SRID software belong to us or our licensors. You may view the public materials and use or export your Quick Scan results for your internal business purposes. Rights to paid deliverables and their permitted sharing follow your client agreement. These terms do not restrict rights granted by applicable third-party licences or mandatory law.

You retain your rights in information and files you provide. You authorise us to process that material only as needed to provide the requested tool operation, respond to your enquiry or carry out the agreed work. Provide only material you are entitled to use and share. Avoid including personal data about others, sensitive personal data, passwords or access credentials unless separately agreed and necessary. Confidentiality and any processing of personal data on a client's behalf are governed by the applicable engagement and data-processing terms; these website terms do not replace them.

You must not misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt or probe it except with our prior written authorisation, using it to send unlawful or harmful content, impersonating us, or scraping it in a way that overloads the service.

Booking uses Calendly LLC, and hosting uses Vercel Inc.. Contact and Quick Scan email actions open your own email application; preparing a message does not send it. External services have their own terms and privacy information. We do not control external websites. This does not remove our own contractual or statutory responsibilities.

Information about services and pricing on this site is an invitation to start a conversation, not a binding offer. A paid engagement starts only when both sides accept a written proposal, statement of work or contract. That document governs scope, fees, confidentiality and deliverables and prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

The free website materials, Quick Scan and demos are provided for general information, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, completeness or suitability for a particular decision. You should assess their limitations and seek appropriate professional review before relying on them for a release, procurement or risk decision. Liability is determined by applicable law and, for paid work, the client agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that Bulgarian law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and any valid jurisdiction agreement in your client contract. If you are acting as a consumer, these terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under applicable consumer law.

We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date above identifies the current version. An update does not retrospectively change an existing client agreement; changes to paid engagements follow that agreement and applicable law.
